Seven Weeks of AA Compliance Compass: Building a Business to Help Yours

Now I am over Seven weeks of trading, I wanted to share a little about AA Compliance Compass Ltd and the experience behind it. Based in Derbyshire, I provide practical business growth and compliance support for start-ups, sole traders, SMEs and contractors across Derbyshire and the UK.

Starting and running a business brings plenty to think about, from finding customers and managing cash flow to putting the right systems in place. My aim is to help you become more organised, meet your requirements and prepare for new opportunities.

My services include bookkeeping and catch-up support, business planning, ISO gap analysis, internal audits and support with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems. I also help businesses prepare for accreditations such as Constructionline, Achilles, SSIP and FORS.

My experience as a Commercial and Operations Director shapes how I work. I have built and implemented management systems within businesses, so I understand that procedures need to work for the people using them. An ISO certificate should represent a system that helps you manage your team, suppliers, risks and day-to-day operations.
