Anne Ashman, Founder of AA Compliance Compass

I’m Anne Ashman, Founder of AA Compliance Compass Ltd. I created the business to help start-ups, sole traders and SMEs become compliant, reduce risk, improve efficiency and put the right foundations in place to grow and win work.

What makes AA Compliance Compass different is that my advice comes from actually working within businesses. I’m not just an ISO auditor or consultant looking at your business from the outside. I understand the commercial, operational and financial realities of running a business and the challenges that come with starting, managing and growing one.

My experience spans commercial and operational management, finance, procurement, transport, compliance, business planning and strategy across sectors including construction, highways, traffic management, manufacturing, transport, infrastructure, events, retail and B2B and B2C businesses.

Businesses rarely achieve ISO certification simply to put a certificate on the wall.
